The hotel was fairly clean with convenient location in walking distance to a couple of restaurants and outstanding rooms. The folks working here were very professional and extremely helpful. We appreciated the breakfast.

The a double room we were given had climate control, a writing desk, and a couch bed. Distance to the airport was just 19 miles.

Hotel was beautiful, I appreciated the stay.

The room overlooking city was clean. The staff were great, no complaints whatsoever.

During our stay, we found ourselves impressed with the hotel's location. It was tucked away on a quiet street, but conveniently located near local stores and food places. We loved the immaculate maintenance and cleanliness, especially in our room. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows, along with many conveniently placed USB ports and outlets. The LVL flooring was a nice touch, adding to the modern yet cozy atmosphere.

One aspect that could be improved was the billing process. There were issues for some guests with being charged for breakfast that was supposed to be included, and some refunds seemed to be slow to process.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a beautiful area, short walk to Duke University. All the employees were amicable and exceptional. The breakfasts with self serve.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by their southern hospitality! The room itself was also impressive - clean, comfortable and stylishly designed with a large screen TV that provided access to Netflix and other streaming services. In terms of location, it was very central and easy to find.

Our experience with housekeeping was not great. They knocked on our door multiple times early in the morning, including once when they barged in without knocking first.

Excellent facility, helpful management, convenient location near Duke University Hospital, outstanding dining choices, beautiful hotel.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful. They even helped us sign up for the Marriott rewards program. The hotel facilities were impeccable and everything we needed was provided. The indoor dining area and bar was beautiful and perfect for double travelers or business travelers. The location was excellent as it was close to various stores and food places. The hotel was quiet and calm as it was tucked away in a corner. We were really impressed with the southern hospitality we received from the staff.

Convenient Area and Cleanliness

We had a weekend stay which had some good experiences. the area around the hotel was very convenient, with shops and restaurants just around the corner. Second, the hotel was very clean, impressively maintained, and noise-free. the bedding provided was very comfortable, making it easier to get a good night's sleep so we could make the most of our time exploring the area.

On the other hand, there were some drawbacks we noticed. We were disappointed in the lack of good city views.
